Chris’s Review
2.0
Smell:
Dry musty wood and roses, reminds me of a backroom video store with old VHS tapes.
Taste:
Wood and grains along with slight dried apricots.
Finish: Hot 4
Mouth low burn that leaves a cardboard quick aftertaste.
Notes:
A quirky almost novelty bourbon that is all on its own. Not your average wheated flavor and I think is a misfire as 1792 tries it out.

Fun Facts:
Sweet Wheat was the first of the limited release expressions from Barton 1792. Barton 1792 states that by having a higher wheat content they hoped to create a softer bourbon from 1792, who typically stays in the higher rye area.
