You can now purchase spirits online and have them shipped out of state from Kentucky. There have been laws in place that restricted this state from shipping outside Kentucky. For those who know, certain bourbons (and other spirits) are only sold in Kentucky. Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet requested an order that fined the whiskey maker on Dec. 6th, stated in the Courier-Journal.
